A space where naturalness softens the intensity of urban life. This terrace harmoniously combines the discipline of simple lines with the living freedom of plants. The clear lines of contemporary architecture are tempered by a rich and carefully structured vegetal presence.

The space is organized perimetrically through generous metal planters with refined, well-defined edges that create a protective green frame without visually overloading the composition. The metal used is not only an aesthetic element, but also a strategic choice for stability and longevity. The diversity of plants, in addition to adding dynamism, ensures the vitality of the landscape throughout the year, with approximately one third of the vegetal composition consisting of evergreen species.

At the center of the design, the relaxation area becomes the functional core — a balanced dialogue between minimalist furniture and the texture of plants. The furniture, featuring a robust metal structure and simple lines, complements the concept through a functional design without decorative excess. The proportions are carefully calibrated to preserve the sense of openness.

At the same time, particular attention was given to the materials used. In the case of penthouse terraces, the quality of materials must be superior: resistance to temperature variations, humidity, and solar radiation is essential for maintaining long-term durability.

Although located at height, the terrace represents a balance between order and naturalness, between technical resilience and vegetal delicacy — a place where the city remains present only as a discreet backdrop, while everyday experience is redefined through comfort and harmony.
